How to fit your Sticker

Firstly, please make sure the surface you are applying your sticker to is clean and grease free. This is very important!

The image to the left shows a typical sticker, the top one shows the backing tape as its called, the bottom shows the sticker backing.

When you first get your sticker, lay it on a flat firm surface, backing tape side up. Give it a good rub over with a credit card or similar.
Turn it over and peel back the thick sticker backing. You need to peel it back on itself at 180 degrees forming a crease.
Note that the thick paper backing is almost flat on the table, this creates the crease and ensures the sticker stays on the backing tape.
Stick down one edge only and do not stick the whole decal down in one go.

While holding one end of the sticker up, rub over the decal with a credit card or similar from left to right in one motion.

The idea is the decal does not touch the surface unless you make it with the credit card. This minimises air bubbles being trapped underneath.

Once applied, rub over again firmly.

Gently peel back the backing tape on itself at 180 degrees as before.
Keep an eye on the sticker to make sure all parts come off the transfer paper.
